This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements SaveHealth’s Privacy Policy, which governs your use of the prescription discount card program (the “Program”) and its related products and services (the “Services”) offered through our website and mobile applications (the “Website”). This Consumer Health Privacy Policy applies, if and to the extent applicable, to data defined as “consumer health data” under state health privacy laws, including those in Connecticut, Nevada, and Washington. The Website and Services are provided by Save.Health LLC and its affiliates (“SaveHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).  

Consumer Health Data We Collect

Depending on how you interact with the Website and Services, we may collect the following categories of consumer health data to the extent it relates to your physical or mental health status:
