This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by Save.Health LLC and its parents, subsidiaries, representatives and affiliates (“SaveHealth” also, “our”, “us”, or “we”) in connection with the products and services that SaveHealth offers. This includes information collected online through our website, applications, other online communications, and through our prescription discount card program and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared or disclosed through the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use of our Services. 1. What Information Do We Collect?

We may collect information that identifies you or is reasonably capable of being associated with you, including but not limited to:

  • Personal Identifiers: Name, date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, username, or other similar identifiers.

  • Prescription and Health Information: Prescription history, over-the-counter medications, pharmacy information, insurance details, and related health information.

  • Commercial Information: Records of products or services searched, obtained, or considered; coupons used; preferences; and demographic data.

  • Internet or Electronic Activity: IP address, browser type, operating system, browsing behavior, search history, interactions with our Services or ads, and device identifiers.

  • Geolocation Information: General location data such as ZIP code or IP-based location. We do not collect precise geolocation within 2,000 feet of a healthcare provider.

  • Profile Inferences: Inferences drawn from user activity to create a profile reflecting preferences, behaviors, or interests.

  • Professional Information (Healthcare Providers Only): National Provider Identifier (NPI), medical specialty, or similar credentialing data.

We may also de-identify your information and use it for any purpose not prohibited by law. We do not attempt to re-identify such data once it has been de-identified.

2. How Do We Collect Information?

We collect information through the following methods:

A. Information You Provide to Us

You may provide information when using the Services, such as when you create an account, email or text yourself a coupon, request a discount card, use a prescription savings feature, or contact us.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. This includes usage patterns, interactions with content, and technical data about your device or browser. In some cases, we identify how a user arrived at our website (e.g., via a referral link), which helps us complete the user transactions and fulfill our obligations to referral or affiliate partners. This helps us personalize your experience and/or are required to support core operational purposes and to improve the Services. 

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive the following information from: 

  • Healthcare Providers: Your provider may text or email you a discount card and/or coupon with your permission, which shares with us your prescription-related information to facilitate the transaction.

  • Marketing and Data Partners: We may receive demographic, interest-based, or engagement data to help tailor offers, manage marketing efforts, or evaluate advertising performance.

  • Pharmacies and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs): When you redeem a coupon or fill a prescription, we may receive information about that transaction from the dispensing pharmacy or corresponding PBM, including insurance or pricing data.

  • Referral Participants: If you are referred to our Services—or refer someone else—via email or text, we may receive limited personal details (such as your name and contact information) to complete the referral process or complete the transaction requested.

We may combine this information with other data we collect to improve and personalize the Services.

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use your information for purposes including:

  • Providing and operating our Services, including pharmacy discounts and coupons.

  • Creating or managing user profiles or accounts.

  • Customizing and personalizing your experience.

  • Communicating with you through various channels, including emails, texts, and in-app messages.

  • Attributing user activity to referral partner sources in order to fulfill contractual obligations or partner compensation arrangements.

  • Delivering marketing, promotions, and offers, including interest-based advertising.

  • Performing analytics, improving products and services, and conducting research.

  • Verifying user identities and ensuring security.

  • Complying with legal obligations or responding to lawful requests.

  • Enforcing our Terms of Use and policies.

We may also use your information for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

4. How Do We Share Your Information?

We may share your information with:

  • Affiliates and Subsidiaries

    • For business operations, internal administration, and service delivery.

  • Service Providers

    • We engage vendors for hosting, analytics, marketing, customer service, data storage, mailing, and payment processing. These parties are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than to provide services to us.

  • Participants in the Healthcare Ecosystem

    • Including pharmacies, pharmacy benefit managers, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, copay card platforms, and insurance companies to fulfill your requests and improve Services.

  • Marketing Partners, Referral Partners and Advertisers

    • We may share limited data with advertising networks and partners to deliver targeted advertising and measure performance effectiveness, subject to your opt out rights. 

    • In some cases, we may also use or share information necessary to support core operational purposes in delivering the Services to you—such as ensuring accurate attribution of your activity when you arrive on our website through a referral partner link and complete a transaction.

  • Corporate Transactions

    • Your information may be disclosed in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition, divestiture, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.

  • Legal Compliance and Safety

    • We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.

We may also use third-party services, such as Google Analytics, to collect aggregated information (e.g., general demographics and interest categories) to help us understand how users interact with the Services. These third parties may use their own cookies or identifiers across websites and apps.

You can manage your tracking preferences as follows:

  • Browser or Device Settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies or limit tracking. Doing so may affect the functionality of the Services or prevent recognition on return visits.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests. See our Collection Notice for details.

  • “Do Not Track” Signals: Except as noted above with respect to GPC, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” settings.

Marketing and Promotional Communications 

  • If you prefer not to receive marketing and promotional messages, you may opt out at any time by (i) replying “STOP” to a text message from SaveHealth (ii) using the unsubscribe link provided in marketing and promotional emails or (iii) by updating your communication preferences in the Account that you may have created.

6. Your Privacy Rights 

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights:

A. Access, Correction and Deletion Rights

  • Request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about you.

  • Request deletion of your personal information.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.

B. Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may disclose limited identifiers (e.g., email address) to trusted marketing partners for targeted advertising, which may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable privacy laws. To opt out:

  • Send an email to [email protected] to submit a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising.

  • Use a browser that supports the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We honor GPC signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.

C. Limiting Use of Sensitive Personal Information

D. Appeals 

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to the denial or contacting us again at the information above. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

7. Children’s Information

Certain portions of the Services may include content supplied or updated by third parties or may contain links to external sites. SaveHealth makes no representations regarding, and disclaims any responsibility for, the accuracy or reliability of such third party content or sites. Please review their privacy policies.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted over the internet.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to time. Please check the “Last Updated” date to determine if changes have been made.
