This includes information collected online through our website, applications, other online communications, and through our prescription discount card program and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared or disclosed through the Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use of our Services. Personal Identifiers: Name, date of birth, postal address, email address, phone number, username, or other similar identifiers.
Prescription and Health Information: Prescription history, over-the-counter medications, pharmacy information, insurance details, and related health information.
Commercial Information: Records of products or services searched, obtained, or considered; coupons used; preferences; and demographic data.
Internet or Electronic Activity: IP address, browser type, operating system, browsing behavior, search history, interactions with our Services or ads, and device identifiers.
Geolocation Information: General location data such as ZIP code or IP-based location. We do not collect precise geolocation within 2,000 feet of a healthcare provider.
Profile Inferences: Inferences drawn from user activity to create a profile reflecting preferences, behaviors, or interests.
Professional Information (Healthcare Providers Only): National Provider Identifier (NPI), medical specialty, or similar credentialing data.
We may also de-identify your information and use it for any purpose not prohibited by law. We do not attempt to re-identify such data once it has been de-identified.
2. How Do We Collect Information?
We collect information through the following methods:
A. Information You Provide to Us
You may provide information when using the Services, such as when you create an account, email or text yourself a coupon, request a discount card, use a prescription savings feature, or contact us.
B. Information We Collect Automatically
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to collect information automatically. This includes usage patterns, interactions with content, and technical data about your device or browser. In some cases, we identify how a user arrived at our website (e.g., via a referral link), which helps us complete the user transactions and fulfill our obligations to referral or affiliate partners. This helps us personalize your experience and/or are required to support core operational purposes and to improve the Services.
C. Information We Receive from Third Parties
We may receive the following information from:
Healthcare Providers: Your provider may text or email you a discount card and/or coupon with your permission, which shares with us your prescription-related information to facilitate the transaction.
Marketing and Data Partners: We may receive demographic, interest-based, or engagement data to help tailor offers, manage marketing efforts, or evaluate advertising performance.
Pharmacies and Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs): When you redeem a coupon or fill a prescription, we may receive information about that transaction from the dispensing pharmacy or corresponding PBM, including insurance or pricing data.
Referral Participants: If you are referred to our Services—or refer someone else—via email or text, we may receive limited personal details (such as your name and contact information) to complete the referral process or complete the transaction requested.
We may combine this information with other data we collect to improve and personalize the Services.
3. How Do We Use Your Information?
We use your information for purposes including:
Providing and operating our Services, including pharmacy discounts and coupons.
Creating or managing user profiles or accounts.
Customizing and personalizing your experience.
Communicating with you through various channels, including emails, texts, and in-app messages.
Attributing user activity to referral partner sources in order to fulfill contractual obligations or partner compensation arrangements.

Marketing Partners, Referral Partners and Advertisers
We may share limited data with advertising networks and partners to deliver targeted advertising and measure performance effectiveness, subject to your opt out rights.
In some cases, we may also use or share information necessary to support core operational purposes in delivering the Services to you—such as ensuring accurate attribution of your activity when you arrive on our website through a referral partner link and complete a transaction.
Corporate Transactions
Your information may be disclosed in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition, divestiture, reorganization, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
