If latent TB is detected, appropriate treatment should be initiated before administering TREMFYA®. Patients should be monitored for signs and symptoms of active TB during and after treatment. TREMFYA® should not be administered to patients with active TB infection.

Immunizations: Before beginning TREMFYA® treatment, ensure all age-appropriate vaccinations are up to date. Live vaccines should be avoided during treatment, as medications that affect the immune system may increase the risk of infection following administration of live vaccines.
