Eye-Only Application: Epinastine is intended for use exclusively in the eyes. Do not ingest or inject the solution. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek immediate medical attention or contact the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222.
Risk of Bacterial Eye Infections: To prevent contamination and potential eye infections, ensure proper hygiene by washing your hands before using the eye drops. Avoid contact between the dropper tip and any surfaces, including your eye and hands, to maintain sterility.
Contact Lens Use: Remove contact lenses before applying epinastine drops, as the preservative in the solution can damage them. Wait at least 10 minutes after applying the drops before reinserting your lenses. Note that epinastine eye drops are not suitable for alleviating contact lens irritation.

Epinastine Side Effects
