• Device Resheathing: Resheathing the device more than twice can damage its structure, potentially compromising its effectiveness.

• Allergic Reactions: Individuals with allergies to materials such as platinum, cobalt, chromium, nickel, molybdenum, tungsten, tin, silver, stainless steel, or silicone elastomer may experience allergic reactions to the device or its delivery system.

• Device Migration: After implantation, the device may move from its original position, which can lead to serious complications. Factors contributing to this include improper sizing, inadequate wall apposition during deployment, implant stretching, vasospasm, severe vessel tapering, and tortuous anatomy.

• Delayed Aneurysm Rupture: There is a risk of delayed rupture in large and giant aneurysms following treatment.

• Swelling
• Bruising

• Discoloration of the skin For those treated for Peyronie's disease, additional side effects may include:
• Painful erections

• Penile Fracture or Other Serious Injury to the Penis: Symptoms may involve a popping sound or sensation during an erection, sudden loss of the ability to maintain an erection, severe pain, significant bruising and swelling, difficulty urinating, or blood in the urine.
• Severe Allergic Reactions: Signs include hives, swelling of the face, difficulty breathing, chest pain, low blood pressure, dizziness, or fainting.
• Sudden Back Pain Reactions: Some individuals may experience sudden, severe back pain that can spread to the chest, arms, or legs, accompanied by muscle spasms and difficulty walking.
• Fainting: Especially in those experiencing severe penile pain, fainting or near-fainting episodes can occur. Precautions: To minimize risks, it's important to follow your healthcare provider's instructions closely. Avoid sexual activity between the first and second injections of a treatment cycle, and for at least four weeks after the second injection, or until any pain and swelling have subsided. Additionally, refrain from using vacuum erection devices during treatment. If you experience any side effects that are concerning or do not resolve, contact your healthcare provider promptly.
