Inspra (eplerenone) is a medication used to treat certain heart conditions and high blood pressure. It's important to be aware of potential interactions between Inspra and other medications, as these can affect how well the drugs work or increase the risk of side effects.

Potassium-Sparing Diuretics: Combining Inspra with other potassium-sparing diuretics is not recommended. This combination can lead to dangerously high potassium levels in the blood, a condition known as hyperkalemia.

ACE Inhibitors and ARBs: Using Inspra alongside ACE inhibitors or angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs) may increase the risk of hyperkalemia.
